Exchange Policy

In-Store Policy:

Thank you for being our treasured shopper! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so we offer a 14-day exchange option, in the event something doesn’t fit or you change your mind. Bring the item with your receipt, and you’re welcome to swap for another item in the store that better suits your style! We apologize, but we cannot offer refunds or store credit. Items may not be exchanged after 14 days from the date of purchase, and they must be in the same condition as they were purchased, with all tags, stickers, or packaging still attached and intact. Items that bear excessive odors, visible damage/staining, and other conditions rendering them unsellable at the discretion of our staff will not be permitted for exchange. Online Policy:


Thank you so much for shopping with us!  Online purchases in their original condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged for their original purchase value (excluding shipping) for those who contact us no more than 7 days after tracking-indicated delivery.  Shopper is responsible for return shipping and secondary shipping from our facility, which may be deducted from exchange value if desired by the customer.  Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will approve the exchange and proceed communications with customer on what they wish to purchase instead.  Abandoned exchanges (items we receive that have been sitting for more than 14 days with no customer responses) will forefeit item and exchange value.  Exchanges that are received in poor condition will be returned to purchaser, at shipping cost to the customer (including, but not limited to: missing tags, smoke or other odors, stains, or other conditions rendering the item unable to be resold).

 

Holiday In-store Policy

For any gift purchases made from Black Friday until Christmas Eve, VI will allow an exchange until January 1 for eligible in-store purchases that are accompanied by a gift receipt, with tags attached and in original condition, at the discretion of our staff.  We are not able to offer store credit or cash; item value exchanges only.  Sale/clearance items are final sale. Gift Cards / Gift Certificates

Unfortunately, our online sales platform is separate from our in-store software.  Therefore, all gift certificates purchased online must be used for online purchases, and all gift cards purchased in-store must be used for in-store purchases.  If you are local and in possession of an online gift card, you're always welcome to purchase the item online and select the "in-store pickup" option to help with this issue!  Wherever possible, we will do our best to transfer the value if you reach out to us at shop@vi-style.com.
